Multifunctional UHMWPE dock protection board is a protective device designed for port, dock, dock and other water area engineering. It is made of UHMWPE material, combined with engineering mechanics and polymer material science, to achieve multiple functions such as impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, effectively extend the service life of the dock and reduce maintenance costs.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) advantages
Wear resistance: Molecular weight up to more than 3 million, wear resistance is 6 times that of carbon steel, rubber 5 times, suitable for frequent ship collision scenarios.
Impact resistance: strong absorption of impact energy, in the -200℃ to +80℃ environment still maintain toughness, to avoid cracking of the protection plate.
Corrosion resistance: resistance to seawater, chemical solvents, oil erosion, no additional anti-corrosion coating, service life can reach more than 30 years.
Lightweight: the density is only 1/8 of steel, convenient installation, reducing the load load of the dock structure.
Self-lubricity: low coefficient of friction (0.07-0.11), reducing the friction damage when the ship is berthed.
 

No heavy metals added, in line with IMO (International Maritime Organization) environmental standards, harmless to Marine ecology.

Anti-collision buffer: modular structure with energy absorption layer, disperse the ship impact force, protect the dock and hull.
Anti-fouling and anti-adhesion: Special surface treatment to prevent shellfish, algae attachment, reduce the frequency of cleaning and maintenance.
Anti-ultraviolet: Add stabilizer, long-term exposure to strong light environment still maintain physical stability.

Support customized dimensions and camber, suitable for different pier structures (such as gravity, pile pier).

Field of application
Anti-collision system of port wharf, ship lock fender, offshore platform protection, yacht berthing area, etc.

Impact test: Simulate the impact of 100,000 ton freighter at 0.5m/s speed, the deformation rate of the protection plate is < 5%, and the dock structure is non-destructive.
Wear life: In a container terminal with an annual throughput of 5 million tons, the wear amount is only 2.3mm for 5 years of continuous use.
