High density polyethylene (HDPE) characteristics
Wear and damage resistance: the surface hardness is more than Shore D65, the wear resistance is 3 times that of ordinary PVC sheet, and the wear depth of continuous use is < 1.5mm for 5 years.
Low temperature toughness: stable in -30℃ to +60℃ environment, excellent anti-brittle-cracking performance, suitable for low temperature ice rink and high temperature roller skating scene.
Self-lubricating surface: low friction coefficient (0.1-0.15), simulates real ice touch, helps high-speed sliding and accurate braking.
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: Certified by FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and SGS, no plasticizer release, child friendly.

Innovative technology
Nano silicon reinforcement layer: embedded nano silica particles inside the plate, improve the compressive strength to 50MPa, bearing up to 2 tons /㎡.
UV stabilized coating: Anti-ultraviolet agent is added to the surface, the outdoor service life is extended to more than 10 years, and the color fastness maintains ΔE < 3.

Modular intelligent structure
Fast assembly system: mortise and tenon lock design, support toolless installation, can lay 500 square meters of ground in a single day.
Drainage anti-slip lines: surface micro-groove diversion design, rainy day anti-water, snow anti-slip, suitable for all-weather environment.

Multifunctional adaptation
Thickness optional: 8mm (light roller skating), 12mm (ice hockey training), 15mm (heavy competition level), to meet the needs of different scenarios.
Color customization: Support RGB full color gamut printing, can print venue LOGO, track marking or 3D visual effects pattern.

Intelligent upgrade
Optional embedded pressure sensor, real-time monitoring of sliding trajectory and force distribution, motion data analysis report generated through the APP.
