The company was founded in 2010
Headquarters: Tangyin County, Henan Province, China (hometown of Yue Fei and birthplace of Zhouyi culture)

First, development milestones: deep technology and scale transformation
1. 2010-2015: Foundation stage
- Established the first production base in Tangyin County (initial plant area of 2000㎡), focusing on the basic research and development of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet, overcoming the highest molecular weight directional control technology, breaking the bottleneck of domestic materials wear resistance.
- The first batch of products passed iso9001 certification and entered the supply chain of domestic mining and power industries.
 

2. 2016-2020: Capacity expansion
- Plant expansion to 10,000 square meters, put into production 10 automatic extrusion lines, to achieve sheet thickness (10-200mm), molecular weight (3 million to 6 million) full specification coverage, annual capacity increased to 500 tons.
-- Expanding the international market, the products are exported to more than 20 countries such as the United States, Germany, Chile, etc., and have obtained EU CE certification and FDA food grade approval.
 

3. 2021-2025: Technology leader
-Build the most extreme environment materials laboratory, develop -196℃ ultra-low temperature, anti-radiation special ultra-high and ultra-high polyethylene sheet, applied to spacecraft components and nuclear power plant equipment.
- Selected as a "special new" giant enterprise of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, led the development of the country's first "Technical specification for Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene liner for mining".

Product Application

Ultra-high Molecular weight polyethylene plate (UHMWPE)

Features: Ultra-high wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient, excellent self-lubrication performance.
Application field:
Chemical and mining: Pipe linings, chutes, crusher parts for transporting corrosive materials.
Mechanical engineering: bearing, gear, rail and other high wear parts.
Medical and food: non-toxic, antiseptic, suitable for medical equipment, food processing equipment seals.

High Density Polyethylene Board (HDPE)

Characteristics: high density, chemical corrosion resistance, strong pressure resistance, but the wear resistance is weaker than UHMWPE.

Building and construction: building forms, floor MATS, site enclosures.

Ordinary polyethylene board (PE)

Characteristics: Low density, good flexibility, low cost, but poor wear resistance.
