First, core material characteristics
Ultra high performance polymer
Molecular weight: 3 million ~6 million, the molecular chain is highly cross-linked, forming a dense wear-resistant network structure.
Friction coefficient: 0.07~0.12 (dynamic dry friction), self-lubrication is better than PTFE, reduce material accumulation and energy consumption.
Wear resistance: ASTM D1044 test shows that the wear resistance is 8 times that of high manganese steel, which is suitable for high impact and high wear scenarios.


Environmental adaptability
Temperature range: -269℃ to +80℃ long-term stability (below -100℃ still maintains toughness, no brittleness).
Chemical corrosion resistance: Strong acid, alkali and organic solvent (such as benzene, ethanol) with pH 2~13, excellent seawater corrosion resistance.
Anti-aging: Outdoor service life can reach more than 10 years after the addition of anti-UV agent (ASTM G154 accelerated aging test).
